I have been working in a variety of Visual Art media for many years, and have taught art to students in grades K - 12 for about 6 years. I have a deep understanding of Art Education and what college art programs are looking for in prospective students. I attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design where I received my BFA in Art Education. I am currently a working artist seeking Masters Degree Programs in Social Work and Counseling for teens, young adults and up. I’m passionate about teaching art outside of the public school setting. I can’t wait to get to know you and help you develop your observational drawing skills to meet that drawing requirement many programs have! - as well as incorporating creative concepts sure to wow college admissions programs.
I Have diverse experiences in art ranging from art shows, Galleries, and, Conventions/art fairs. I have a B.A. in Game Design Art, in which I studied art in entertainment, specifically games. I also have My M.A. in business and entrepreneurship, which has helped me create a business around my art. I have experience teaching people and students of all ages how to draw by introducing them to basic art concepts and fundamentals.
